While bolts and screws are generally simple, machined parts, YIJIN’s custom-machined bolts and fasteners take things to the next level. These parts are completely custom—diameters, lengths, threads, and other details are tailored to your specifications using the latest CNC machining technology. Plus, if you need them quickly, we can often make them in as little as three days! Contact us today to learn more about our custom machined bolts and fasteners.
What is Custom?
We understand that every project is different. That’s why we offer custom machined bolts. No matter what size, shape, length or material you need, we have the bolt for you. Our fasteners can be used in a wide variety of industries including: construction, aerospace, automobile production and more! – There are times when things don’t fit exactly, says Head Bolt Engineer at our company. That’s where we come in.
– The variety of materials we use allows us to manufacture high quality products for our customers, says Bolt Manager at our company.
– Custom Machined Bolts have been around since the 17th century and today they are stronger than ever before!

How do you design fasteners?
We design bolts, screws, nuts, washers, pins and other fasteners to meet the specific needs of your project. We have a variety of materials from which to choose such as steel, brass or stainless steel. Whatever material you choose for your bolts, screws or nuts will depend on the requirements of the application and desired look.
For instance, stainless steel is an excellent choice when corrosive chemicals are used in the area where it is going to be installed. If aesthetics are important then brass is a great option because it will not corrode easily with exposure to air. Steel may be cheaper but it doesn’t perform as well in terms of corrosion resistance. Brass may be more expensive than steel but if longevity is what you are after then it may be worth considering this material over others because it will resist corrosion better.
Where do you get inspiration for your designs?
I find inspiration for my designs in the work of sculptors, such as Auguste Rodin, Michelangelo, and Henry Moore. I am also inspired by the natural world; I love to walk through gardens or go to a park. Sometimes people say that they see something in my work that reminds them of their own backyard.
What CAD tools do you use?
We have been using Autodesk Inventor for quite a long time now. It is so easy to use, has great tutorials, and has a built in library of mechanical parts that can be used in your design.
For 3D printing we use Tinker Cad because it’s free, simple to learn with easy tutorials, and has some cool features like the ability to change colors or print your design in different materials.
We also have SolidWorks which was our go-to before Autodesk Inventor came out with their new release but it’s still an amazing CAD package. They have great tutorials that are very thorough and will allow you to create whatever you need for your project.
