Dwayne Douglas Johnson, also known as The Rock, is an American actor, producer, and semi-retired professional wrestler. He was one of the most popular wrestlers in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) from 1996 to 2004. Johnson made his film debut in The Scorpion King (2002) and has since become one of the biggest movie stars in the world, appearing in films such as The Fast and the Furious series, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, and Central Intelligence. He has also been a part-time color commentator for Monday Night Raw. Johnson was born on May 2, 1972, in Hayward, California, the son of Ata Johnson (née Maivia) and pro wrestler “High Chief” Peter Maivia. His father is of Samoan descent, and his mother is of Danish and English ancestry. Dwayne’s maternal grandfather, King Peter Maivia, was also a wrestler and a member of the Samoan royal family. Johnson was born with the name Dwayne Douglas Johnson. He acquired his nickname “The Rock” from his father, who called him by that name. Johnson’s father died in June 2001. In 1991, at the age of 19, Johnson became a professional wrestler. He was signed by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) and was promoted as the first third-generation wrestler in the company’s history. He made his televised debut on November 17, 1996, at Survivor Series, when he helped his team defeat the team of Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ken Shamrock, and British Bulldog. Johnson’s early wrestling career was marked by his rivalry with Mick Foley, who he faced at WrestleMania XV and WrestleMania 2000. In 2015, Johnson starred in Furious 7, which became the fifth-highest-grossing film of all time. The following year, he starred in Central Intelligence, which was a box office success. Johnson has been divorced twice. He has four children: two with his first wife, Dany Garcia, and two with his current wife, Lauren Hashian.

Real Madrid then came calling in 2009, and Ronaldo has since become one of the most iconic players in the club’s history. He has won four Champions League trophies, as well as numerous other honours. Ronaldo is also the all-time top goalscorer for both Manchester United and Real Madrid. Ronaldo is renowned for his incredible athleticism, as well as his deadly finishing. He is a complete player, capable of beating defenders with his dribbling, as well as his shooting. Ronaldo also has a phenomenal work ethic, and is always looking to improve his game. There can be no doubt that Ronaldo is one of the greatest footballers of all time. He has achieved more than most players could ever dream of, and shows no sign of slowing down.
