Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley
After being called out last week on Monday Night RAW for interfering in Seth Rollins’ match, Brock Lesnar is back for a second match. The former United States Champion is preparing to defend the title against Bobby Lashley, who was pinned in under three minutes. The match is a set-up for the WWE Championship match at Crown Jewel. Lesnar is regarded as one of the best wrestlers in the world, and Lashley has the experience to match his skills.
Lesnar’s last match was at SummerSlam, where he failed to win the WWE title from Roman Reigns. This match was promoted as a marquee match, and WWE did a great job building up the energy between the two stars. However, the game ended up being nothing more than a vehicle for Lesnar’s storyline.
Nikki Cross vs. Bianca Belair
Nikki Cross is attacking Bianca Belair and is taunting her with strikes. Both women end up in the corner. Cross is landing mounts and slaps. She then hits a vertical suplex in the ring and goes for the moonsault. But Belair catches Cross in midair and drops her. Cross rolls back to her feet and works over the heel. She then drops her to the floor.
Nikki Cross dominated the first half of the match. The two women traded moves and had several exchanges in the ring. Bianca used a power slam and side suplex to dominate the match. But Nikki countered with a knee-up. After the match, Damage CTRL tried to break it up and attacked Nikki. Bayley, Asuka, and Alexa Bliss backed them up.
Seth Rollins vs. Austin Theory
In Seth Rollins vs. Austin Theory on WWE Monday Night RAW, the United States Title is on the line. Seth Rollins mocks the young Mr. MITB and tries to hit him with a pedigree hold, but Theory escapes. Theory gets the better of Rollins in the ring, driving him into the steel steps and announcing the table. However, Seth Rollins brings the momentum back with a suicide dive.
After the match, Rollins defended his U.S. Championship against Matt Riddle, but he has not made many friends on Monday Night RAW. Elias was ringside for the match. After Stomping on Riddle, Rollins retained the title. However, the match was interrupted by Mustafa Ali, who chased Rollins through the crowd. Austin Theory also has continued to show off his ring skills.
Karl Anderson vs. Damien Priest
During the opening match, Priest and Anderson traded punches and attacks. The priest landed a forearm drop and a Falcon Arrow on Anderson, but Anderson returned with strikes and kicks. In the second round, Anderson hit a senton and a spinebuster. The priest attempted to escape and ran the ropes but was thrown over. He then hit the South of Heaven, but Anderson hit a backslide.
The match featured two teams that had previously fought in the past. The OC and Judgment Day, led by Finn Balor, have been feuding for quite some time. Last week, the team won a match between the two teams, and they faced each other this week. However, both teams are unsure which one will be the winner. As a result, the audience had to make an educated decision before the match.
Bray Wyatt to appear at WWE Crown Jewel show
After a long absence from WWE, Bray Wyatt is returning to the company. He was last seen on Raw after WrestleMania 37 and has since risen to the status of one of the top drawcards in the company. He is listed as the number one babyface on Friday Night SmackDown and a top merchandise seller. WWE hopes that Wyatt will return to the company at the Crown Jewel event scheduled on November 5.
It is unknown what role Wyatt will play at the Crown Jewel show, but he has been announced to make an appearance. The show will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. WWE has not confirmed the specific role Wyatt will play, but it’s safe to assume he will compete.
