This is good for security and an important difference compared to cheap imports. Further information on what you should pay attention to we have summarized in the instructions for the hoverboard purchase.
But in this price range, the manufacturer has to make compromises. You can find out what these are here.
Classic design for almost every taste
The simple and simple design without edges looks very tidy and appealing. The wheels, footprint, and wheel covers are black, but the rest is available in white, red, pink, and black. Thus, there is enough choice and you can choose freely depending on your preference.
The blue LED lighting also fits well into the image of the Denver hoverboard and ensures that the board is seen.
In other words: There is nothing to criticize about the look of the Eboard and it makes a good impression.
Before the first ride: Calibrate equipment and hoverboard
Before you start with the Balance Board, take care of your safety equipment. The manufacturer also points this out in the operating instructions.
So that the Denver DBO 6550 does not pull left or right, you should calibrate it before the first trip. This can be done simply by turning off the hoverboard and holding down the power button for 10 seconds until the indicator flashes 5 times. After that, you turn the eboard off and on again and you’ve done it. Now it’s time to get started. You’re ready to get started.
You control the Denver Hoverboard like any other balance board by shifting your weight. If you lean slightly forward, the board will be slurred. You steer to the left or right by braking slightly and putting one foot forward or backward. This sounds harder than it is and after little practice, you can get around without any problems.
Samsung battery for up to 15 km range
The Denver hoverboard can travel up to 15 kilometers on a single charge. This is ensured by the Samsung battery with 36 volts and 4,400 mAh. This is less range than other balance boards and the compromise the manufacturer had to make in this price category.
But 15 kilometers is enough for many drivers. But be careful: if the battery is empty, you have to carry it. Although this model with 10 kilograms is one of the lightweight hoverboards, this is quite significant. To prevent this from happening, the Eboard warns if only 20% battery power is left and the indicator lights up red. It takes up to 3 hours to fully recharge the battery.
The Denver DBO 6550 can reach speeds of up to 15 km/h. best cheap longboards and this is despite the fact that the maximum speed is specified in the manufacturer’s instructions as 12 km/h. When the maximum speed is reached, a warning signal sounds. The manufacturer expressly recommends not to be faster with the hoverboard.
Both range and speed are indicative and depend on the following factors:
- Weight of the driver: The less weight, the further and faster
- The incline of the route: Downhill it goes faster and further
- Temperature: extreme cold or heat affects battery performance
- Driving behavior: constant driving leads to more range compared to frequent stops and starts
- Battery condition
- This Denver hoverboard must not be used in wet conditions, because it is not splash-proof and there could be damage to the device.
